Biography
Pianist/composer Robert Nasveld (*1955 Utrecht) studied at the Utrecht Conservatory. As a pianist he specialized in the twentieth century repertoire. He became particularly wellknown for his interpretations of the piano music by George Crumb. Many of his compositions were released by Attacca. Since 1988 Robert Nasveld works for NTR on classical Radio 4 where he is programming editor of contemporary music. The emphasis was on his programming for the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestra and Radio Choir, being part of the cooperation of NTR with the Holland Festival.
